The thing all bodies of water have in common is the sensation of instant calm. Whether you prefer a lake or the sea, you can’t help but enjoy the closeness of the big blue.

My „Lake View“ series is inspired by an area of Austria called the „Salzkammergut“ where Klimt and many more artists spent their summers painting the beautiful landscape. This series is meant to show this place through my eyes, transporting you there not only trough a realistic image but portraying the energy and emotions I feel about it with abstract elements.
