All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

My art does not come with a frame.

Any issues with postal services must be dealt directly with the shipping carrier. 

Free local delivery is available for all orders in Europe. If you would like to pick up your painting at my studio in Vienna, please reach out to me at art@aglaematl.com or the contact form.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Aglae Matl Art is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
